Simon has a degree in Hotel and Business Administration and originally followed a career in the hospitality industry in the United Kingdom, France and South Africa. On coming to Andorra in 1986, he co-founded Andorra's only English-language services company, which was then incorporated as Servissim in 1990. He is President of The International Club of Andorra. Under his direction Servissim has expanded into the biggest company of its type in Andorra, covering Property and Property Services, Tourist Accommodation and Travel. He is the only Englishman ever to have passed the qualification exams as a Professional Estate Agent in Andorra.

Mª Teresa (Maite) Castro Brescó

Director of Property Services The Servissim companies

Maite co-founded Servissim in 1990 and is based at the Servissim property office in La Massana. With 15 years of experience in every aspect of the business, she is an unrivalled source of advice and assistance for all our property owners. She is also a noted dancer, having also co-founded Andorra's only contemporary dance company Liquid Dansa. She still performs in and co-produces the company's original theatre presentations and their many engagements at official and national events. Maite is professionally qualified by examination as an Estate Agent, also serving on one of the sub-committees of the College of Estate Agents (AGIA).

Mª Pilar (Pili) Bragado

Manager Servissim - Arinsal

Pili joined Servissim in 2004, having held various management positions with a well-known Andorran company in the hospitality industry. After only a few months with Servissim she was promoted as Manager of the Arinsal office. Pili has been a key figure in the setting up of our catered-chalet operations.

Anne Hacker

Property sales - La Massana

Anne joined Servissim in 2004 to learn about Property Sales working with Sandra under the direction of our Property Sales Director, Maite Castro. Anne and her husband have been living in Andorra for many years and her former career was in vehicle rental management both in the U.K. and in Andorra.
